Description of Classes
Gentle Yoga - a gentle class suitable for all ages and abilities. Ideal for beginners with a focus on Mindfulness and finding ease of body, mind and spirit. Take time-out to relax and come back to yourself with gentle breathing and stretching exercises. Improve flexibility, mobility and posture and overall well-being. Class finishes with a relaxation.
Yoga for Women – a blend of breathing, Yoga postures & Relaxation/Meditation to support you in negotiating the natural hormonal ups and downs we experience each month and during menopause. You will learn skills to help you maintain strength, flexibility, muscle mass and bone density and deal with stress, anxiety and disturbed sleep. Using Mindfulness to help you find ease in the present moment you will learn to connect with our innate strength, wisdom and peace.
