Description of Classes
Gentle Yoga - a gentle class suitable for all ages and abilities. Ideal for beginners with a focus on Mindfulness to fully experience the present moment. Take time-out to relax and come back to yourself with gentle breathing and stretching exercises. Improve flexibility, mobility and posture and overall well-being. Class finishes with a relaxation.
Hatha Yoga – more challenging than Gentle Yoga with a focus on building strength and flexibility and exploring your Yoga practice. Using Mindfulness to stay grounded in the present moment we learn to connect with our innate strength, peace & harmony. Classes includes breath work (Pranayama), Yoga postures (Asana) & Relaxation/Meditation (Yoga Nidra). Level 2 is a stronger and longer class than Level 1.
